Introduction

The emotional factor can be profiled or designed to arouse a series of feelings in the audience. In communication, it is necessary to learn to manage emotions, not only of the audience, but also of future media professionals. A good communicator uses his body and mind as working tools in which moods and feelings interfere. It is necessary, in this sense, to provide students with the necessary resources to know themselves and interact with their peers, learning to optimize social relations, their stability and their communicative capacity. 

Knowing how to express oneself: in front of a group (small or large), in front of a camera, or in a one-on-one conversation. Different audiences to which we must adapt. This will be possible if our expressive tool (voice, body, gestures, etc.) is well-tuned. That's why it is necessary to work like a musician who knows and tunes their instrument. Our instrument is ourselves, and we must explore its full potential; our strengths and weaknesses, to make the most of them or reinforce them so they become part of our communicative tools. In this way, we will find our unique, personal, and genuine way of communicating.

TRAINING ACTIVITY ECTS CREDITS
Lectures. In lectures, lecturers/professors not only transmit content or knowledge, but also, and above all else, attitudes, motivation, skills and values, etc. They also ensure that participants can express their opinions and arguments to the other students. 0.3
Lab. Working groups that combine theory and practice. The aim of these is not to undertake already known techniques, but instead to make progress that is both theoretical and technical. These Lab sessions will culminate in the creation of a professional or semi-professional product. 0.7

Continuous assessment: yhe subject is approved by practicing different exercises in group.

 

Second call

In second call, the evaluation criteria is a single oral presentation..

 

In third call and later, the subject will have to be repeated.
