This course aims to:

  • Train managers in identifying and taking advantage of opportunities that artificial intelligence (AI) offers, providing them with the necessary tools to lead the digital transformation in their organisations.
  • Provide key insights into the different types of AI and its business applications, with special emphasis on how generative AI models and large language models (LLM) are revolutionising the business sector.
  • Teach the essential features of an AI adoption strategy, ensuring that participants know how to integrate AI effectively into the functional areas of their company to optimise processes, improve the customer experience and create new business opportunities.
  • Assist participants to develop the ability to design and implement more competitive business strategies, leveraging AI as a key differentiator in their industries, and ensure sustainable leadership in a digital and highly competitive environment.
     

At the end of the course participants will be able to:

Methodology:

The programme methodology combines a practical and strategic approach, using real cases and practical examples to ensure the immediate application of concepts.Through interactive sessions, participants will work on developing a customised AI adoption strategy for their own organisations.

There will also be internationally renowned expert speakers in artificial intelligence who will provide valuable insights. Learning is complemented by collaborative exercises, debates and tools that will allow managers to effectively apply the knowledge acquired in their business contexts.
