UIC Barcelona and Universidad Autónoma de Chile join forces to implement AI in Chilean startups

Tetiana Klymchuk, UIC Barcelona lecturer, and Luis Valenzuela, director of the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation of the Universidad Autónoma de Chile, have worked on an agreement that explores the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in generating value for new ventures

The work of both institutions is reflected in projects such as Vehiclar, a Chilean startup that seeks to transform the used car market in Latin America

The startup, created by the student at the Chilean university Natalia Jordan, aims to provide confidence in the second-hand automotive sector by generating detailed AI reports that allow users to make informed and safe decisions

Universitat Internacional de Catalunya (UIC Barcelona) and the Universidad Autónoma de Chile have come together to promote an innovative project that explores the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in creating value in entrepreneurial projects. This collaboration is part of the joint work between the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Chilean University, led by Luis Valenzuela, and Tetiana Klymchuk, lecturer at UIC Barcelona.

This partnership seeks to create synergies between the two institutions through the solid academic base provided by the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation of the Universidad Autónoma and the technical expertise of UIC Barcelona.

Vehiclar, the startup that wants to revolutionise the second-hand car market

The efforts of this collaboration are reflected in projects such as Vehiclar, created by Natalia Jordan, an entrepreneur and MBA student at the Universidad Autónoma de Chile. Vehiclar is a startup that offers transparency and trust in the used car market through detailed reports.

These reports, generated from data collected from workshops, auction houses, insurers and technical reports, are processed using advanced AI technology, including deep learning, to facilitate informed and secure decisions.
