Keeping an active lifestyle by exercising regularly can contribute to significant improvements in preventing the onset of diseases and treating them. This block aims to provide knowledge about the pathologies and the control of the basic parameters of training to enjoy the benefits of exercise.
Sports Physiotherapy
The physiotherapist is an essential element in the therapeutic chain of sport pathology, both in prevention and in the physiotherapeutic treatment and control of the evolution of different injuries and rehabilitation postsurgical/ postlesional processes. Therefore, the physical therapist must have adequate knowledge of the possible musculoskeletal injuries in the pathological and clinical settings, as well as the possible most appropriate therapies to prevent and treat them.
