Introduction
The course aims to immerse students in the evolution of the growing impact of sports journalism in the current media, focusing on the uniqueness of its specialization through all its genres, in the press, radio, television and Internet.

4. Sources in sports journalism
5. The sports lexicon. Specific slang.
6. Organization and hierarchy of sports information.
7. Genres in the written press (1): news and chronicle.
Differences between printed and digital press, etc.
Differences between press writing vs. Radio/tv.
8. Genres in the written press (2): interview, report, profile, etc.
9. Theory and practice of sports broadcasting on radio and tv.
Teaching and learning activities

Coaching. Monitoring how students learn the content of the subject, either individually or in groups. In the coaching sessions, mistakes will be corrected, queries answered, and exercises and activities to achieve the established objectives will be suggested. | 0,4 |

Meeting Point. Meetings will be organised with notable people from the professional and scientific fields or the international field, and students. These sessions will take the form of conferences, work sessions, discussions, or interviews, etc. | 0.4 |
Lectures. In lectures, lecturers/professors not only transmit content or knowledge, but also, and above all else, attitudes, motivation, skills and values, etc. They also ensure that participants can express their opinions and arguments to the other students. | 1.0 |
Evaluation systems and criteria
In person
- Exam: 50% of the final grade
- Report/Profile: 40% of the final grade. With a professional athlete (delivery: December 11th).
- Internship: 10% of the final grade
The faculty's regulations on spelling mistakes and plagiarism will be strictly observed.
2nd call:
In case of not passing the course as a whole, it will only be necessary to take the exam and/or report if the student has failed.
