Introduction

This course is an introduction to radio. Like any form of media, radio has its own language, a unique way of creating and communicating, determined by technical circumstances and the use of specific resources. Radio is defined by its auditory nature, and from there, a series of characteristics that differentiate it from other media are derived. This course introduces students to the language and narrative of radio, the foundations upon which communication in this medium is built.
