Introduction

Comunicación Radiofónica is a core subject in the Advertising and Public Relations Degree, worth 6 ECTS credits, taught during the second year.

In this subject, students explore the language and narrative unique to spoken audio media: radio and podcasting. These media have a specific way of communicating, influenced both by technical circumstances and the use of specific resources.

The methodology allows students to delve into the world of audio discipline from a 360-degree perspective, especially in its advertising aspect. Through practical work in the Transmedia Lab, students develop their creative skills and take on different roles in radio advertising production, such as scriptwriters, producers, sound technicians, and announcers.
