El llibre, tot i tractar d’aspectes del passat, és una eina per a l’actual pràctica de l’urbanisme. Posa en valor l’escala local, per traçar hipòtesis vigents i instruments útils en l’estudi de la confrontació dels programes d’assistència urbanística estatal davant les iniciatives populars i relacionals d’agenciament de la construcció.", 2019
