Postdoctoral Researcher Scientist in genetics. The research projects I worked with are related to transcriptional regulation of gene expression in cellular differentiation, tumor progression and metastasis. I am now focused on genome editing (e.g., CRISPR, HITI, TALENs) in hiPSCs derived from patients with inherited eye diseases, and bioinformatic analysis (NGS, RNA-seq, scRNA-seq).
