Head of the Area of Expertise of the National Council for Culture and the Arts [Consell Nacional de la Cultura i de les Arts] (CoNCA), where he monitors of the development of cultural policies and the Catalan cultural and artistic sectors. Ramon is familiar with using indicators to evaluate national policies and cultural activity. In the education field, he teaches different bachelor’s and master’s degree courses in cultural management on economic viability and cultural project funding.
