Barcelona Centre Universitari is the official service for all universities in Barcelona. It is an institution that aims to provide accommodation, accompany and welcome students, lecturers and researchers who have chosen to further their education in Barcelona.
 

What does the BCU housing service offer?

• There is no need to pay a security or deposit your salary. All you need is a passport or national ID card and documentary proof that the users of the service are students, researchers or university lecturers.
• All flats are move-in-ready, fully furnished and equipped with everything needed to get settled from day one. All services will be turned on so that the users do not have carry out these formalities.
• Affordable management fees.

How to book?

1. Find your accommodation
   Filter and select as you like. You will see a list of all available accommodations and where they are located on the map. Check the photos, see the location, public transport and services. You already have all the information to decide!
2. Online booking
   Now is the time to register at www.bcuhousing.cat. Create your account and you can make your reservation. Your rental application will be blocked. BCU Housing is there to facilitate communication between the owner and you, as a future tenant.
3. Confirmation
   You will receive the email to complete your registration in two business days. For the reservation to be firm you must complete all the fields of information that identifies you and ensure that the reservation is in your name and includes your ID or passport, your contact details, upload a copy of your university registration, the digital signature of the contract and the terms and conditions.
4. Welcome
   You already have accommodation! Fifteen days before your arrival we will contact you to organize the last details, check-in and delivery of the keys.

Alumni offers you the opportunity to rent rooms in student apartments. Students who choose to house with ALUNI are usually in the process of completing their Bachelor degree, or are participating in a study abroad program (ie. Erasmus). At ALUNI, we also provide the option to house with students of the same gender for comfortability. All the flats are fully furnished and the WiFi reaches all the rooms.

Additionally, this website also offers activities and Spanish courses.

Erasmus play is a comparison tool for accommodation offering a wide range of accommodation from whole flats to shared flats or rooms with their own bathroom. For each flat that comes up it describes what services are offered (WiFi, heating, air conditioning…etc.).
