Scope of Conflict Prevention and Resolution
• Organization: Bisaid - consultancy in the prevention and resolution of conflicts within the
organizations-.Professional role: Founder and responsible for project management and execution.
Responsibilities:
o Presentation, implementation and follow-up of projects for the prevention and resolution of conflicts between employees of client companies: mediations, dialogue circles, conflict analyses, assessment of negotiation skills, etc.
o Commercial management of clients: presentation of consultancy services in professional meetings with Human Resources or Labor Relations directors.

Examples of projects carried out in Bisaid:
o Decision circle of a group conflict between a group of workers on an assembly line. Result: consensus among the workers on how they wanted to face the conflict between them. January 2020.
o Analysis of a manifest group conflict in the research and development area of a food company. Result: conflict diagnosis report with an action plan to transform it. January 2020.
o Mediation of conflicts between two workers following a previous complaint of mobbing by one of them. Result: final act of mediation with agreements that close the conflict. June 2019.
o Assessment of the level of knowledge and skills in conflict resolution and mediation of a team of eleven managers of a steel and metallurgical company.
Result: report on the level of knowledge in conflict resolution of the workers and a training proposal to improve these skills. July 2017.
o Mediation of conflicts between two workers who, apart from colleagues, were friends. Result: final mediation act with agreements that close your conflict. March 2017.
• Institution: Mediation Center of the Generalitat de Catalunya (Department of Justice). Dates: February 2015- June 2017.
Professional role: Mediator of conflicts in the field of private and family law. Responsibilities: manage the files referred to me by the Institution.

Professional role: Psychologist.
Responsibilities: Psychotechnical assessment of drivers to issue licenses and renewals
of various licenses, psychological assessment of clients for obtaining or renewing licenses
of firearms, possession of dangerous animals and private security.

Responsibilities: commercial management of clients and acquisition of new accounts, selection (for
announcement or direct search) and personnel administration (signings and terminations in the S.S., preparation of

Dates: November 2010-May 2011.
Professional role: Human resources technician
Responsibilities: staff selection, management of selected rrhh, visits to the headquarters of
district, medical leave management.
