International workshop “Towards Urban Resilience”

On 23 and 24 May 2017, the ESARQ - School of Architecture at UIC Barcelona will host the international workshop “Towards Urban Resilience”, intended for young researchers and master’s and PhD students.

The activity aims to analyse the practices and processes involved in designing resilient, sustainable cities.

The workshop has been organised by Dr Annette Rudolph-Cleff (Technische Universität Darmstadt, TU-Darmstadt) and Dr Carmen Mendoza, Master’s Degree in International Cooperation: Sustainable Emergency Architecture, UIC Barcelona.

The event will be included as part of Architecture Week 2017, an initiative organised by the Barcelona City Council, Association of Architects of Catalonia and Mies van der Rohe Foundation, in partnership with the Barcelona Building Construmat and ARQUINFAD.
