Valorisation projects

The vice-rector of Research, Innovation and Knowledge Transfer has now opened the UIC Barcelona Open Innovation | UICInnovació 2023 call for funding research evaluation projects. The main objective of this call is to improve project maturity in order to bring them closer to the market and to increase their social impact. The aim is to strengthen projects that are in the initial phases, as well as those at a more advanced stage of maturity. More information

The Vice-Rectorate for Research, Innovation and Transfer has launched a new call UICInnovation 2024, through which UIC Barcelona grants aid to accelerate the development of any innovative solution in order to reach the market. All UIC Barcelona valorization projects can be beneficiaries of this call; that is, projects that have a clear market orientation and, therefore, want to commercialize their result. The call is aimed at UIC Barcelona researchers with previous experience in research projects, working teams with academic recognition and with the ability to present an innovative project with socio-economic impact, which aims to transfer to the productive fabric.
