On Friday, 25 November, the 14th edition of the Cross-Disciplinary Workshop on Sustainability will take place and will be open to the entire university community.

Under the title “Climate Action, Health and Social Commitment,” the event will focus on SDGs 3, 4 and 17. The workshop will analyse direct actions for caring for the planet, meeting the common objectives and the University’s role in this context.

The workshop is organised by the Office for Cooperation and Sustainable Development and will take place in the Aula Jardí classroom, the Saló de Graus and the Aula Magna Hall at the University.

Programme:

• 8.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. Oral presentations and interactive workshops for UIC Barcelona students (Aula Jardí classroom, the Saló de Graus and the Aula Magna Hall).
• 1 p.m. Conference and a colloquium “Climate Action, Health and Social Commitment” by Dr Carme Llasat, professor of Atmospheric Physics at UB (Aula Magna Hall).
