Catalan University Sport (ECU) annually groups together all Catalan Universities to organise the Catalan University Championships (CCU). The basic objective of the ECU is to promote the practice of sport among members of the university communities in the various Catalan universities (students, teaching and research staff, and administration and service staff).

During the months of April and May, individual sports championships will be held at the different facilities available in Catalan universities.
