Let's build healthy relationships. How to recognize a toxic relationship
Building healthy and stable interpersonal relationships and detecting relationships that may be toxic to is the key to the workshop organised by the Institute of Advanced Family Studies and the Equality and Inclusion Unit at UIC Barcelona, with the collaboration of Support - University Clinic of Psychology and Psychiatry (UIC Barcelona).
In this two-day workshop, which will be held at the Barcelona Campus and Sant Cugat Campus, we will learn in a practical way, from experts, how to address the key issues that can arise in toxic relationships, to detect possible situations of violence and harassment and to improve personal self-esteem and the quality of our relationships.

10 November
Workshop 1– 2.30 to 4.00 p.m.: How to build a partner relationship with a future. Juanjo Sanz and Núria Marcet, experts in affective-sexual training.
17 November
Workshop 2– 2.30 to 3.15 p.m.: Keys to identifying toxic relationships. Claudia López and Adela Berrozpe, psychologists.
Workshop 3– 3.15 to 4.00 p.m.: Resources to build healthy interpersonal relationships. Maria Mateos, nurse and coach.
