This conference would like to demonstrate a view of optimism as more of an attitude to life attitude than a way of being.  The objective is to provide knowledge and practical tools to train and improve optimism among education professionals themselves and also among students.   We will talk about "intelligent" optimism which breaks away from a simplistic  concept of "everything will be ok", and aims to teach people to have attitudes such as "I can see that I will manage".
