Welcome to the Inaugural International Conference on AI-driven Strategic Transformation (ICAIST) 2025 – Revolutionizing Talent Management and Organizational Dynamics with Generative AI

Hosted by the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya (UIC Barcelona) in collaboration with Birkbeck University of London and Brunel University of London, this groundbreaking event will take place from February 6-7, 2025, at UIC Barcelona. This first-of-its-kind conference marks the beginning of a dynamic, recurring platform that brings together top academics, industry leaders, and innovators to explore the cutting edge of workplace transformation. In 2025, the spotlight is on Generative AI, a revolutionary technology reshaping talent management, organizational dynamics, and the future of work.

ICAIST 2025 will feature thought-provoking keynote sessions, interactive panel discussions, and hands-on workshops. Participants will delve into the opportunities and challenges AI presents to organizational strategy and talent management, fostering collaboration between academia and industry to unlock forward-thinking solutions. The conference is structured around two key tracks:

1. Human Resource Management (HRM) – focusing on how AI is revolutionizing workforce management, talent development, and employee engagement.
2. Strategy and Management – addressing AI’s broader impact on organizational structure, leadership, and strategic decision-making.
