Isabel Custodio, an expert in leadership and social innovation from ESADE, will give a lecture on 8 April entitled “The Social Impact of Cultural Projects: From Concept to Action”. 

Custodio will lead a work session aimed at analysing the social impact of cultural projects, the relevant indicators, communicative messages and how to identify stakeholders. Discussion will also focus on how to design the main social impact indicators.
