The UIC Barcelona Chair for Management by Missions is organising a new edition of the management development seminar: Managing by Missions, on 25 and 26 March. A seminar aimed at general and functional directors, purpose ambassadors, new additions and young talents.
The seminar aims to learn how to use the tools of the Management by Mission method, connecting the personal purpose and company purpose and learning how to develop mission-based leadership.
The seminar will be carried out using different teaching methods suitable for training managers and executives: colloquium-conferences, practical case studies and workshops in a total of 15 hours. Attendees will receive an accreditation diploma awarded by Universitat Internacional de Catalunya.
