Would you like to participate in an international summer programme with University of North Carolina without leaving Barcelona? Would you like to develop your leadership skills and practice your English? Would you like to have a three-week immersive English language learning experience?

You can do all that free of charge by becoming one of the UIC Barcelona leaders and mentors in the Smart Teams, Smart Cities: Data, Leadership and Cultural Identity Summer Programme!

You will help American students explore the unique identity of our city , its relationship with sport (especially football or soccer as the Americans would say), and its commitment to sustainability and smart city initiatives, gaining a deeper understanding of how these concepts are shaping the future of urban living.

Almost all activities will be conducted outside of the classroom, guided by two prestigious lecturers from University of North Carolina, Lucia Binotti and Adam Kiefer.
