The book is written by Dr. Miguel Vidal-Quadras, who is the Director of the UIC Barcelona’s Master’s Degree Programme in Market, Industrial and Intellectual Property Law, a lecturer in Market Law and a partner specializing in industrial property at the law firm Amat & Vidal-Quadras. 

Also attending the presentation will be Dr. Javier Junceda, the Dean of the UIC Barcelona’s Faculty of Law, and Dr. Carmenchu Buganza, who is the Coordinator of the Master’s Degree Programme in Market, Industrial and Intellectual Property Law, an Associate Lecturer at the Universitat de Barcelona and a practising lawyer.
