Assumpta Montserrat and Montserrat Claveras will present the book Un viaje de cine next Thursday, 20 April, at the Faculty of Education Sciences. The book, edited by the Editorial Claret publishing house, uses a common thread to tell the story of three young people who help the reader find solutions to the today’s challenges and build a more just, equitable and sustainable society: from the attentive attitude toward others point of view.

The authors of the book are teachers, and they are passionate about cinema. They leverage the book to provide resources and a wide range of films related to sustainability and the essential values of man and take them to school in a didactic way.

The event, led by the Office for Cooperation and Sustainable Development and Faculty of Education Sciences, is celebrated this year on Saturday, 22 April, as part of Sant Jordi Day (Saint George Day) and the Earth Day 2023.
