For one day on 9 May, Campus Barcelona will become the research centre of UIC Barcelona with the celebration of the first edition of Research Fest. This festival is promoted by the Vice-Rectorate for Research, Innovation and Knowledge Transfer and will highlight the research being done in the scientific community of the University. It will serve as a meeting point where researchers and professionals can reflect, share ideas and enjoy the excellent research work that is being done.

During the day, different conferences, round tables and activities will be held, grouped in three blocks: Discovery Day, where the strategic research lines of UIC Barcelona and the social impact of research will be highlighted; PhDay, focused on promoting the work of doctoral students at UIC Barcelona, and ThankUDay, where we will thank contributors and strengthen and promote collaboration with companies from different sectors. The first edition of the Research Fest will end with the award ceremony and a final networking cocktail.
