Dr Lluís Clavell (1941), emeritus professor at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross (Italy) will give a talk entitled: The university at the service of the whole person.

Holder of a PhD In Philosophy from the University of Navarra and the Pontifical Lateran University, Clavell will reflect on and share experiences about some ways to respond to the current demand for professional -level learning at university.

Based on two examples taken from medicine and economy, he will look at how to prepare new lecturers and researchers to have an interdisciplinary mentality that will allow them to serve the whole person and tackle the accelerated innovation taking place both in science and in society.
