Welcome Week for international exchange students

Welcome week for international exchange students on our Barcelona and Sant Cugat campus
 
Thursday 3 September – Barcelona campus, Aula Jardí room
From 10.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.
  • University Welcome Session and introduction to the university services 
  • Tour around our Barcelona campus, meetings with the academic coordinators from each Faculty
  • Ice breaker activity: meet and greet session with questions and interesting facts about students’ home countries
From 12 p.m. to 1.30 p.m.
  • ‘Catalan for Dummies’ workshop given by the Institute for Multilingualism and ‘Culture Shock’ workshop given by the International Relations Service
Saturday 5 September.  10 a.m. meeting point: passeig de la Fontana (Barcelona campus)
From 10.30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Barcelona city tour (guided tour around Barcelona)
** The activities will be held on campus so long as it is permitted by the healthcare measures.
