Looking for or changing jobs can be a long and often frustrating process. Defining a specific career goal will give you greater clarity and effectiveness in your job search and will help you develop a clear plan of action to achieve your objectives.

In this session, you will discover how to answer key questions that will help you define your professional purpose, such as whether to continue studying, change residence, or how to integrate your personal life into your work decisions.

The session will be dynamic and participatory and will include activities designed so that attendees can reflect and draw their own conclusions. The session will be led by Lluis Dionis.

Lluis Dionis has worked in different sectors: finance, software, aerospace and the pharmaceutical industry, a field he has been specialising in for several years. Having been involved in various areas such as customer service, sales or business development, he is currently working as a consultant in the Pharmaceutical Industry at Accenture. 

Founder of “The art of looking for work”. A job search training methodology that was created with the aim of supporting young people in their first years of their professional career. This methodology, based on his own experience of changing companies and sectors several times, has already helped many mentees who have found it to be a professional tool and a personal companion that has been very useful in their search for a new job or a change of job.
