Secretariat

The secretariat team in the Faculty of Communication Sciences are available to students in order to help them resolve any academic questions they have (subject development, exam schedule, choosing an advisor....) and offer them all the support they need throughout their time in the faculty (by helping them with their application for admission, managing their enrolment, or issuing certificates and diplomas...).

You can find us on the 6th floor of the Beta building on our Barcelona campus.

Our office opening times is Monday to Friday:

• from 9:00am to 1:30pm. 
• from 3:00pm to 5:00pm.
