Work Experience

The Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences in the UIC has a strong professional orientation, which means that work experience in companies is highly encouraged. Therefore students are offered the opportunity to undertake “non-curricular work experience” throughout their time at our university, and can also take a subject entitled “in-company work experience”.

This work experience is viewed as a training resource, the aim of which is to ensure that students are able to access jobs, ensuring their integration and the application of their theoretical knowledge in various professional contexts. The aim is to promote the development of various skills, competences, attitudes and abilities which will allow students to evolve within a professional context, based on personal supervision.
