Service-learning school work placements III

School Work Placements III in fourth year can be undertaken in small groups in hospital classrooms, rural schools in Guatemala, special schools and homes that take in children at risk of social exclusion, while undertaking service learning projects.

In order for students to be accepted for this mode, prior assessment by a tutor and a personal interview with the applicant is required. 

For these work placements you can participate in the full planning, intervention and evaluation process for the projects that will be carried out.  The aim is to provide a response to real needs within a specific context, which can be attended to during initial teacher training.
