The mentoring programme relates to developing soft skills, by counselling students in their preparation and transition into the job market.
The competencies developed include strategic, interpersonal, self-management, self-development and self-leadership.
The project began with first-year students of the bachelor’s degree programmes in Education, Communication, Biomedicine and Bioengineering in the 2021-2022 academic year and was extended to first- and second-year students in the 2022-2023 academic year.
Each of the students has developed an action plan in which they have specified the development of the skills they need to improve. With the help of the mentor, they have established indicators, studied topics and participated in activities and workshops that help them achieve the objectives.
