The 3rd edition of the Albert Jovell Awards Forum receives 320 projects, 21% more than the previous year

The Albert Jovell Awards Forum, promoted by Janssen in conjunction with Cátedras en Red, is inspired in the legacy of Dr Albert Jovell, director of the University’s Global Institute for Public Health, which now bears his name. The aim of the forum, a unique health-related venue, is to acknowledge the work of social organisations and health-care institutions aimed at improving the health outcomes of patients in Spain.

The jury, made up of 36 leading figures and representatives from a number of health-related fields, selected the projects that best convey the values of kindness, effectiveness, innovation, commitment and humanity and place patients at the centre of healthcare, in all 6 categories.

Furthermore, this year, the Honorary Award for Career Achievement in Health will once again be handed out during the ceremony, which will take place in Madrid on 13 June 2017 and may be live-streamed via the website www.foropremiosalbertjovell.es and hashtag #ForoPremiosAlbertJovell.
