The director of the Lluis Artigues Foundation and expert in leadership and social innovation, Isabel Custodio, led a work session for students from the Master's Degree in Cultural Management titled “The Social Impact of Cultural Projects: From Concept to Action”. During the talk she analysed the fundamental tools cultural managers need to undertake socio-cultural projects.

The lecture began with an introduction to the social impact of cultural projects, followed by discussion concerning the indicators and messages required to guide conversations with key regional agents. This helped provide attendees a basis for developing their own theory of change and identifying, measuring and quantifying the main impact indicators.
