Dr Cristina Monforte, re-elected as Vice-President of the National Conference of Nursing Deans

Dr Cristina Monforte, Director of the Department of Nursing and Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at UIC Barcelona has been re-elected as the first Vice-President of the board of the National Conference of Nursing Deans (CNDE).  She is renewing her membership of the board after 4 years as the first Vice-President on the former board. The new board will be presided over by the Dean of the Faculty of Nursing and Podology at the University of Valencia, Dr Julio Fernández, as well as Dr Ana Fernández Areque, Dr Jose Antonio Hurtado Sánchez and Almudena Arroyo Rodríguez. 

The new board aims to improve quality and innovation in Nursing, to promote and consolidate nursing teacher positions, ensure our professionals undertake research activities and look at the external repercussions of the profession.
