Dr Montserrat Nebrera recently participated in the II Digital Law Congress held by the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB) along with Sílvia Cobo, Xavier Arbós and Josep Manel Silva, in a session entitled “Political intoxication through digital media”. 

The law professor presented the need for a recovery of a commitment to information veracity in the media.  She also talked about the importance of teaching people from an early age about civic responsibility and the implications of new technologies, the reform of general electoral voting legislation, as well as democracy overall.
