Dr Roser Vallès takes part in the 26th Mediterranean Conference on Therapeutic Confrontations in Cosmetic Medicine and Surgery

The aim of this conference is to bring health professionals up to date with new techniques and treatments from the world of cosmetic medicine and surgery.

On Monday 11 May, Dr Roser Vallès, head of the Area of Patients in the Healthcare Management and Health Policy Chair at UIC Barcelona and coordinator of the University Institute for Patient Care, both of which are located on the University’s Sant Cugat Campus, took part in the 26th Mediterranean Conference on Therapeutic Confrontations in Cosmetic Medicine and Surgery in Sitges.

As part of the 26th edition, Vallès was invited to participate in the session “21st-century tools for attracting new patients and building loyalty”, in which she gave a talk entitled “What do patients/customers expect from Cosmetic Medicine?”, in which she analysed aesthetic medicine from the point of view of the patient and the associative movement.

This event is organised by the Spanish Society of Cosmetic Medicine and Surgery, which comprises all doctors who are active in the field of aesthetics and treat people in efforts to prevent or correct imperfections caused by natural ageing or as a result of an illness or accident.
