Executive Jesús Montoliu describes the 10 principles of business excellence to master’s degree in production system students

The general director of Solve Advisors Group discussed the importance of the client, the organisation and ethics

The general director of Solve Advisors Group, Jesús Montoliu, analysed the 10 principles of business excellence in a session aimed at University Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Production Systems students.  

In the masterclass, Montoliu started by underlining the fact that clients are at the centre of any company and described the profile of both clients with a fixed mentality and those with a growth mentality.  Secondly he highlighted the importance of human capital in teams and people working in companies from the point of view of both organisation and innovation and the employee experience. 

According to the executive, the third point to be taken into account is leadership, mainly of the participatory type as well as the impact this has on both development and loyalty or commitment.  Fourth, he described organisational alignment followed by fifth, the importance of attaining and analysing real data. The sixth principle is the management of processes, innovation is the seventh, flexibility the eighth and the orientation of results is in penultimate position. The presentation of these 10 principles of business excellence ended with an analysis of the importance of ethics and responsibility in every organisation.
