The executive Salvador de Tudela tackles the impact of digital transformation on HR at a session for ADE students

Salvador de Tudela, managing director of Hêdron HR, a human resource services company, gave a talk to students taking a subject entitled “Human Resource Management” for 3rd year ADE (Business Administration and Management) students on 22 September. 

In his talk “Digital transformation and its impact on HR”, the speaker underlined the importance of people as the central element of true digital transformation, making students reflect on the new challenges that arise in companies that they will have to face. De Tudela also talked about changing models, the integration of new generations and the latest international trends.  He emphasised the new key to human resource management: the search for a balance between organisation and the most important aspects of people’s lives. 

Salvador de Tudela is a specialist in HR, is the former director of HR and Organisation at Cementos Molins, Grupo Habitat and Cespa-Ferrovial, as well as former general director of Grupo Hedima. He is currently the managing director of Hêdron HR, a human resource services company.
