Josep M. García Navas holds a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Barcelona (UB), a Master’s degree in Finance and Financial Management of the Barcelona Stock Market at the UB and the Programa de Dirección General (PDG) at IESE Business School. 

The new general manager has wide experience in managing various national and international companies.  He worked at Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas (FCC) for more than thirty years. He represented this same company in Columbia and was the Santiago de Chile general manager. For the past ten years he has been an executive at Globalvía.
