Lecturers Marta Mas and Jasmina Berbegal Participate in 2015 Global Innovation and Knowledge Academy Congress

Dr. Marta Mas and Dr. Jasmina Berbegal, both of whom are lecturers in the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences, recently took part in the 2015 Global Innovation and Knowledge Academy (GIKA) congress organized by the Universitat de València.

Together, the lecturers gave a presentation titled “Combined Antecedents of Employee Job Satisfaction: Do They Matter?” Dr. Inés Alegre helped prepare the presentation. 

During the plenary session, Dr. Berbegal also presented the study “Applications of Fuzzy Logic for Determining the Driving Forces in Collaborative Research Contracts”, which she had conducted in collaboration with lecturer Carlos Llopis from the Universitat Politècnica de València. 

Researchers from over 50 countries took part in this fifth edition of the GIKA conference.
