The location for Alumni Day organised by the Faculty of Humanities was Casa Amatller

During the visit, alumni members were able to access the main floor and see the modernist interior designed by architect Puig i Cadafalch.

The Faculty of Humanities held a new edition of Alumni Day on 8 March.  The event began with a guided tour by the dean of the Faculty, Dr Judith Urbano, around Casa Amatller.

This building, which belonged to chocolatier Antoni Amatller, opened its doors to alumni members from the faculty who were able to visit the main floor and see the modernist interior designed by architect Josep Puig i Cadafalch. The interior contains a large number of decorative art pieces such as stained glass windows, sculptures and cement tiles.

After the visit Casa Amatller’s own hot chocolate was offered to attendees.
