A paper by the SEI research group from the Faculty of Education, finalist at the AQU-CIDUI awards

Drs Balaguer, Graell, Fuertes, Fuentes and Pujol presented the paper: “Oral communicative competence of students of the bachelor’s degrees in Pre-Primary and Primary Education. Analysis, diagnosis and measures for improvement”.

A paper presented by the research group Sustainability and Integral Education (SEI) of the Faculty of Education has been chosen as one of the seven finalists of the AQU-CIDUI awards in the oral category. 

As part of the International Conference on University Teaching and Innovation (CIDUI), Drs Balaguer, Graell, Fuertes, Fuentes and Pujol presented the paper: “Oral communicative competence of students of the bachelor’s degrees in Pre-Primary and Primary Education. Analysis, diagnosis and measures for improvement”.  

This paper which also included the participation of the bachelor’s student Rocío Escobar is part of the UIC New Researcher project led by Drs Fuentes and Balaguer. The aim of this project is to present a diagnostic study on the oral competence of future pre-primary and primary teachers at two different stages of their studies. The research project is based on a cohort of 95 participants and analysed 148 oral texts.
