The researcher Marc Grau has been selected as a member of the Work and Family Researchers Network

Marc Grau was selected as a member of the Work and Family Researchers Network Early Career Fellow Program. This distinction, which was awarded by the Work and Family Research Network, will allow Marc and the rest of those selected for the award, to participate in the foundation’s young researchers programme.  

Among others, the selected members will receive support and guidance from academics who are established in this field, the opportunity to create research groups, and to participate in the Work and Family conference that will take place in Washington in 2018.

Marc Grau holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Edinburgh. He also holds a Master’s degree in Political and Social Sciences from Pompeu Fabra University and a Master’s degree in Business Leadership from ESADE.  He is currently a Research Fellow on the Women and Public Policy Program at the University of Harvard and a researcher for the Joaquim Molins Figueras Childcare and Family Policies Chair in the Institute for Advanced Family Studies. His interest lies in the role of fathers, the work-life balance, caring for minors, and family policies.
