Who says that communication and Human Resources must take different paths in a company?  The creative director and partner in the communications agency The Colours Box gave a talk to third year ADE students with the aim of dismantling this stereotype. 

Seimi Maza, as an expert in advertising and communications explained to students the need to create and carry out an internal communications plan in companies, as well as the importance of knowing how to work hand in hand with the HR department.  Her talk was useful in order to understand that in relation to the needs and objectives of companies as far as staff management is concerned (motivation, training, transmitting a problem...), communication is a great ally. 

But Maza, who has achieved a long and successful professional career, also underlined the need to clearly identify the audience you want to target and ensure you adapt the tone each time in order to transmit your message.
