The conference was organised jointly by the European Health Economics Association, the Spanish Association of Health Economics, UIC Barcelona and the Reference Network in Economics and Public Policies.

More than a hundred people of different nationalities participated in the conference.  The event focused on health economics.  It was a unique opportunity for doctoral students and researchers who are starting their career to receive feedback on their research.  Each project was assigned an hour, so that the author could present their research, followed by a discussion of the article by the main researcher and then a general debate.
