UIC Barcelona Medicine students are marked as the best-performing in Spain

According to the most recent statistics from the Ministry of Universities, the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences tops the list with 97.7% of students passing all credits for which they have enrolled, followed closely by the University of Navarra

According to the most recent data published by Spain’s Ministry of Universities, the Department of Medicine at UIC Barcelona is the best-performing Medicine faculty in the country.
 
The indicators published by the Ministry reveal that 97.7% of students that complete the Bachelor's Degree in Medicine pass all credits for which they have enrolled, placing the university at the top of the leader board.  The University of Navarra follows in close second with 97.46%. “We are very pleased with the data as they confirm our students excellent level of achievement, which is also proven by their amazing professional capabilities as doctors”, explained Dr Albert Balaguer, dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences.
 
The list is topped by these two universities, following by the University of Girona, with a performance index of 95.84%. The average performance index among Medicine students in Spain is 90.54%. These data support UIC Barcelona’s third-place position in the latest ranking of graduates who pass the MIR exam.
