Introduction
In the context of the domain of Advanced Analytics and its performance, all forms of activity are combined in a project key. That is, any initiative that is considered is based on a premise and / or expectation and a deliverable that contains the result is expected, in a specified time and with the use of a series of resources limited in quantity.
This is what means that any initiative to design a predictive model must be considered in the form of a project, with its phases, milestones. In addition, this type of activity is carried out as a team, with a group of people, usually with different backgrounds who are coordinated for performance and who must have a common expectation.
For that reason, all Advanced Data Analytics performance requires a project-oriented approach.
