Introduction
This subject develops the common elements of sports pathology, both muscular, tendon and joint, highlighting and emphasising the study in the understanding of the key and common factors that comprise these two major areas of sports pathology.
It develops a vision of the injury that can be used to the maximum within the field of sports rehabilitation, trying to understand the different types of injury to be able to propose an approach based on the knowledge of the physiopathology of the tissue and the understanding of the elastic properties of the same.

1. Muscle and tendon injuries.
2. Articular cartilage injury.
3. Potentially harmful environments in sport.
4. Injury occurrence rate: study in sports environments.
5. Structural factors related to injury risk.
6. Neuromuscular factors related to injury risk.
7. Types of harmful loads at the biological tissue level.
8. Tissue biomechanics of tissues in situations of injury risk.
9. Injury biomechanics in the acute mechanisms of injury.
10. Injury biomechanics in overuse injuries.
