Professional experience
Development and optimization of methods and protocols based on solution NMR spectroscopy and HPLC-DAD-MS for application in the field of Ecometabonomic. Methodology will be developed and optimized protocols to follow to study the effect of environmental changes (climate change) in the metabolism of plants through studies aimed at finding correlations between environmental changes and physiological basis (differences in metabolite concentrations, acting as environmental biomarkers). Concretely, I focused my research on metabolome and stoichiometry responses of grasslands and trees caused by global change and the interaction between plants and microbial communities. I focused on the phyllosphere interaction between metabolites provide for plants and metabolites from microorganism. Also I focused on the processes of rhizosphere changes to environmental changes and how affect the different kind of soil on the metabolome of the rizosphere.Subjects taught
